"May the force be with you"

As an existentialist I believe that war cannot be ethical. I profoundly believe in the Darwin theory of survival. War causes so much damage to millions of people and survival to me is the ultimate goal in life. I not only see this theory as simply just living and being careful, I see that humans have to overcome death, be one step ahead and live beyond life itself. It is unethical to me that nations at conflict kill because it makes humans pitiable, pathetic, and weak. Nations go to war because they are unable to control the situation, to believe in the power within them. As soon as conflict starts, nations become slaves of their own ideas, fears and desires. The one who wants war must have the sufficient will of power to terminate the idea of war. Disrespect and humiliation wars cause, makes the ego of humans vanish and become moral slaves of the other nations moral or what is ethics to them. Humans have to have the will of power, have to be brave, self-assured, and resistant to all evil in life and war only comes from insecurities of failing in life. Life may be meaningless but since we are forced to live through it every single day we must resist its hardships and never become servants of others and of life. Even though I may see life as absurd I also believe that war goes against my principles of my superman, the will of power and the theory of Darwin which I have devoutly include in my philosophy.

  1. I agree with Ana. As Ayn Rand I think that War is the second greatest evil that human societies can perpetrate. The trader and the warrior have been fundamental antagonists throughout history. A free country doesn't need war, only production.
