Think it twice before acting...

Stealing someone else´s property is wrong in all ways. The simple fact that you took something without permission from someone without even paying is not right and you may be punished by the law. The person you are stealing from is a human being just like you and you need to respect it as you would want them to respect yours. Remember that the person might have work a long time to get what he wanted and he might expect to receive some money because of his effort but if you came and stole his work, is not ethical. Imagine yourself in a situation in which you have been working for years in a book and you have some hope on getting money because of the amount of effort you placed on it but, after you have finished, someone else came and stole it from you. Months later you find out that your own book was published with the name of someone else and he is receiving the money instead of you. Being in this case how would it make you feel? Probably you would be very upset because no recognition and compensation was given to you because of your work. Now, imagine that you were the person who took the book; would you feel you have the right to be treated in a better way? The person who steals does not deserve to be treated in a better way because of the way in which he treats others. Remember: What one does not wish for oneself, one ought not to do to anyone else”-Kongfuzi(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Confucius#Ethics)
