There is no principle by which war or genocide can be seen worse than a crime against an individual. The only difference between both is only quantitative, not moral. Wars are the second greatest evil that human societies can do or live. Just for you to know, the first one is the enslavement of a nation's own citizens, in other words, dictatorship.Dictatorship is the main cause of war. Men who are free to produce, have no incentive nor need to obtain things illegally. These free men have nothing to gain from war, but definitively have much to lose. Economically, wars cost a lot of money, so these men's economic interests are on the peaceful side.
**Statism** needs war; a free country does not. Statism survives by obtaining things illegally. The way that a free country survives is by production. Perhaps you haven't noticed the major wars of history were started by the most controlled economies of the time against the freer ones. World War I began by Germany and Czarist Russia, who dragged in their freer allies. World War II was started by the alliance of Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union and their joint attack on Poland.
**Laissez-faire** is the
ONLY social system based on the recognition of individual rights. Because of its basic principles and social interests, it is the only system opposed to war.

(Donaldo Bustamante)
**Statism**: The belief that the centralization of power in a state is the ideal or best way to organize humanity
**Laissez Faire**: Individualism; the doctrine that government should not interfere in commercial affairs
